Every component in contact with food is manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel with electropolished surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm), meeting HACCP and FDA food safety compliance standards. The massive 55kW industrial motor coupled with a 300mm blade system handles frozen meat blocks down to -18°C with ease. Fully welded seamless surfaces eliminate bacteria harborage points, while the CIP (Clean-in-Place) compatible design integrates with automated sanitation systems. Optional PLC control module enables programmable grinding parameters, production tracking, and remote monitoring.
