Product Description
The EPS AK3200T vacuum sausage filling machine is the mother machine of a complete sausage production line. Driven by a vacuum system, it completes the filling process in a vacuum state, effectively preventing fat oxidation, avoiding protein hydrolysis and reducing bacterial survival to guarantee the shelf life and taste of the final product. The machine adapts to collagen casing, cellulose casing, animal casing and plastic casing, and fills densely and evenly with high quantitative accuracy.
