Vacuum Vane Filling Machine
The ZKG-3500 vacuum vane filler fills at 3500 kg/h from a 220 L hopper. Air is pulled out of the paste so sausage comes out dense and holds shape after cooking.
High-Speed Twisting Machine (GN-1200)
The GN-1200 self-twist linker forms links at up to 1500 sets/min. Twisting length runs 30-180 mm and it takes 25-45 mm fold casing and 16-26 mm collagen casing.
Sausage Hanging Machine
The hanger moves linked sausage onto smoke sticks right after linking, keeping links straight for even smoking.
