What This Line Does

Vacuum Vane Filling Machine
The ZKG-3500 vacuum vane filler fills at 3500 kg/h from a 220 L hopper. The vane pump keeps air out so the sausage is dense and even.
High-Speed Twisting Machine (GN-1200)
The double screw GN-1200 twister links casing at up to 1500 sets/min. The twin screws pull the casing evenly for consistent links, over 30-180 mm twist length and 25-45 mm fold casing.
Sausage Hanging Machine
The hanging machine takes linked sausage onto racks quickly, keeping the tight layout running without tangles.
