A continuous sausage making line that fills, twists and hangs without stopping. The vacuum vane filler feeds the GN-1200 twister and the hanger takes the links to the rack, with a casing saver setting to hold waste down.

Vacuum Vane Filling Machine
The ZKG-9000 vacuum vane filler fills at 9000 kg/h from a 220 L hopper. Air is pulled from the paste so the sausage is dense and even, with weight from 5 g to 10000 g.
High-Speed Twisting Machine (GN-1200)
The GN-1200 twister links casing at up to 1500 sets/min and works with a casing saver setting for low waste, over 30-180 mm twist length and 25-45 mm fold casing.
Sausage Hanging Machine
The hanging machine takes the linked sausage onto racks as it comes off the twister, keeping the continuous line clear.
