Product Description
The EPS AKQ1200 automatic sausage tying machine is the tying unit of the EPS sausage filler and tying production line. Working together with the upstream vacuum filler, it twists and ties sausages continuously at a speed of up to 800 knots per minute, keeping the sausage length, weight and quality within a high standard range. It saves casing, runs steadily and is simple to operate, greatly improving the automation level and output of the whole production line.
Characteristic and Features
- With the vacuum filling machine as the mother machine, the filling process is completed in a vacuum state, effectively preventing fat oxidation, avoiding protein hydrolysis and reducing bacterial survival to ensure shelf life
- The degree of vacuum can reach -0.1MPa
- High degree of automation, high speed and large production capacity; the weight, length and quality of the final product are kept within a high standard range
- Adapts to collagen casing, cellulose casing, animal casing and plastic casing
- Saving casing: about 600 meters/ton for a 125mm, 38g product; about 1600 meters/ton for a 50mm, 10g product
